This years featured performers...
Music! FREE BEER! ( that got your attention?) & camping! First call for guests and musicians for our summer Jam... and this year we're anticipating a special musical performance and entertainment event. Along with all the 'old familiars' from my musical people collection, we'll have some real pros playing should keep the tunes rolling all afternoon.
There's 10 acres to wander and pitch a tent ( sorry no RV's down there) and this is a kid friendly event, so...
We're planning on mussels and clams on the firepit, Sean on the grill, and encourage you to bring along your favorites as well.
So excited to welcome Fiddle in the Forest .. get your dancin' shoes on!
We're raising a few bucks for Island Shakespeare Fest and our special guest band, so anything you can scrounge up from the bottom of your coin purse will be appreciated, but don't let that stop you from coming on over enjoying the day.
About our featured performers
A Fiddle in the Forest is a lively Celtic Bluegrass Folk Band from the Pacific Northwest. Champion Scottish Fiddlers, Tessa and Mae and Irish Dance Championship dancers, Colton, Greysen and Willow bring a combination of step dancing, Irish and Scottish fiddle tunes, beautiful classic folk tunes and fun, upbeat bluegrass music to your ears.
A little twisted culture can't hurt...
Island Shakespeare Festival is riding the success of its first island-wide touring show, Shakespeare in a Backpack: Netflix & Bill with its next tour: a pop-up micro-show titled Elizabethan TikTok. We plan to bring this show to weekend tourist hotspots on the island throughout July and August to promote our 2025 season. True to form, this piece has laughs, dancing, and an analog peek at your most beloved (or despised) social media app. Scenes and summaries of ISF's 2025 Season make special cameo appearances in this fast-paced, unexpected performance. You'll ♥️ it!

Rules, rules, Joe's Jam rules
it's ALL just a suggestion... until it isn't
- Please don't arrive before noon, we'll be scrambling to set up
- Please park in the designated area east of the greenhouse
- If you're camping, let me know in advance
- NO open campfires other than in a firepit.. the grass is getting dry
- Please no dogs (except for support dogs)
- NO illegal drugs no exceptions.
- Please keep Mike off the PA! (there's a legendary story if you request it... :)
We are raising some cake for Island Shakespeare and also for the band, so if you can drop a little in the bucket thanks in advance... but don't let if stop you from showing up!
